Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Éloura Sleep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Éloura Sleep is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package shows visible damage upon arrival, please take photos and contact us immediately at support@eloura-sleep.com.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your delivery location for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look for your package at a neighbor's house
- Wait 24-48 hours – sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual arrival
- Contact your local post office or carrier
If you still can't locate your package after these steps, please contact us.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
