90-Day Risk-Free Trial

We're confident you'll love your Éloura CerviSoft™ Pillow. That's why we offer a 90-day risk-free trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund – no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 90 days of delivery
  • The product must be in its original packaging (if possible)
  • The product should be in reasonable condition

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged products: We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you find the right solution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@eloura-sleep.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@eloura-sleep.com
